If you’re not sure which size to order, please consult our sizing guides. Each product page will have either a sizing video, sizing chart or our historical size guide for each age group. Our historical size guide was created using more than a decade’s worth of customer order and sizing history.

We offer free pick up from our office location (1140 Sheppard Avenue W, Unit 9, Toronto) or we’ll ship the order directly to you.

Once the store closes, all orders are placed into production. It then takes 4-6 weeks to receive the merchandise and fill orders. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be notified. 

Unfortunately, no. There are no cancellations, returns or exchanges. Prior to the order window closing, we will accept size changes.
