After seeing early specialization, hyper-competitiveness, and toxic sports environments become the norm, TOP Sports was founded to create a better youth sports model by focusing on player experience, long-term development, and an efficient, manageable schedule that encourages multi-sport play. We believe that multi-sport play, over time, is essential to creating a well-rounded and successful athlete, and as kids mature and grow, we believe the most versatile athletes become the best players in each sport. 

What started as a passion project in 2017 has now grown into the leading multi-sport organization in Ontario with over 3,200 participants annually. 

From day one, our vision has been to become the gold standard for youth sports organizations by offering high-quality, values-based programming that changes the culture of youth sports.

We are committed to inspiring children to reach their full potential by developing them as athletes and people, on the field, ice, court, and beyond. We believe that through positive coaching, support, and appropriate challenge, we can create an unparalleled sports experience that accelerates development and pushes children to climb higher and go further than they ever thought possible. 

Through our unique Multi-Sport Model, we offer children the opportunity to play multiple sports at the recreational or competitive level, maximizing athletic development and providing the ultimate well-rounded sports experience. Our coaches are teachers, mentors, and role models who are dedicated to helping create the next generation of leaders by instilling our core values of teamwork, respect, and work ethic at every opportunity.
